2. Finding the competent entity
The competent consumer ADR entity can depend on the place where the contract was concluded and the nature of the service. The Portuguese Directorate-General for Consumer publishes the official list of recognised consumer ADR entities.

Consumers may also use the official electronic Livro de Reclamações.
