Our story
Norzar grew out of our experience helping people find a home and handle different situations in Portugal. Over time, the trust of those who came to us encouraged us to turn that work into a family business.
The name brings together initials from our names and our son’s name — a personal connection that also shapes the way we work.
When you speak to Norzar, you speak directly with us. We like to get to know each client, understand what they need and give each property our attention, with simple, clear communication in Portuguese, English or Chinese.

Where we work
We manage properties in the districts of Lisbon, Setúbal and Santarém, with remote management available in Porto and across Portugal.
Including Belém, Cascais, Oeiras and Sintra.
Local support or remote management
Depending on the property and location, we provide on-site support or remote management of listings, pricing, reservations and guest communication. Cleaning, maintenance and property visits are agreed separately, with local providers where needed.
